Deutsche Bank replaces U.S. chief with equities head Tom Patrick

Deutsche Bank AG appointed Tom Patrick to head its Americas region including the U.S., replacing Bill Woodley, who’s leaving the German bank after 19 years.

Patrick will continue to serve as global head of equities and co-head of Americas investment bank, according to memo from CEO John Cryan. Patrick, who’s been at Deutsche Bank since 2012, will report directly to Cryan.

Patrick will also be CEO of the U.S. legal entity.
