ECB Rate-Hike Pricing Looks the Most Bullish in Two Years

The battle between hawks and doves on Europe’s policy normalization is set to intensify in 2018.

Continued strong economic growth may increase speculation of a shift in the European Central Bank’s forward guidance for a definitive end to its bond-buying stimulus.

That has led to money-market pricing for 2019 interest-rate rises looking the most hawkish in nearly two years.
