In conclusion:
The price forms a long spike around the main trend line and the 200 SMA, with no close beneath them. The Sequential forms an 8, while the Megaphone forms a 7, signaling the exhaustion of the corrective impulse. The DeMarker also turns into the oversold zone, indicating exhaustion as well. In today’s session, I will be watching for price action (PA), and if it closes above yesterday’s daily close, I will look to position long.
SPX Daily
In the futures of the S&P 500 and NDX, there are also 9’s on Sequential and 7’s on Megaphone signaling a potential reverse.
The 7’s are unconfirmed. The bar needs to close. For now, it’s a hint for a 7.
On the other hand, if you wait for confirmation, you may miss a good price. It could be wise to start building a position with a small percentage, for example, 25%.
