This suggests there may be a closing of longs or opening of new shorts, which could lead to a new downward impulse. On the daily chart, if it closes like this today, it will trigger a double bottom signaling the end of the short trend. However, on the weekly chart, the trend remains valid for now since we don’t have a full bar closing above the main trendline. If the margin account allows, I would move the stop above the 23.6 FIBO in the zone around $1.100, as COT positioning supports a reversal and a new decline, and I believe the double bottom will not be successfully triggered.
