European indices mixed values today after S & P changed the coefficient of Italian banks. UKX increased by 0.4%, against a decline in shares of banks. BMPS decreased by 3.85%, a Unicredit and Mediobanca more than 2%. Bank of Ireland and Bankia also lost value.
This week, UKX by nearly 4%, followed by CAC Index 3.1% and DAX 1.8%. US stocks rose today. Dow Jones and SPX scored second best weekly performance for the last two years.
In currencies, the euro hit a 28-month low against the dollar, reaching 1.2240. In Japan today, the Central Bank announced that it will maintain the direction of monetary policy to stimulate the economy.
