New Tariff by Varchev Finance EOOD as of December 1, 2019



From December 1, 2019 the new Tariff for the commissions and fees collected by the Varchev Finance will enter into force. In case of a change in the Tariff, the investment intermediary is obliged to publish the document on the company website and to inform the client in the way specified by it in the contract. In the miss of a response from the client within 1 month, it is considered that he agrees with the new Tariff.

This change in the Tariff does not require changes in the contracts of the current clients of Varchev Finance, so they do not have to sign new or additional documents.

In case of disagreement with the amendments and additions to the tariff, the client has the right to terminate the contract without notice before the date of entry into force of the tariff, without being responsible for penalties and expenses, except for the costs related to the assets owned by him.
