Trump expects a deal with China within a month

US President Donald Trump said he will probably understand in the next three to four weeks whether the two sides will sign a trade agreement.

“We will have news about China, one way or another, we will find out if we can make a deal in the next three to four weeks.” – said Trump from the White House.

The two largest economies in the world have engaged in a trade war last year, imposing another serious commercial tariffs. There are enough signs that we can say that the war is coming to an end, but the issue of protecting intellectual property and other structural factors in Chinese markets remains key to resolving between Beijing and Washington.

“If this problem is resolved, it will be something people will talk for a very long time.” – says Trump.

Last month, the Trump administration postponed the imposition of additional tariffs on Chinese goods.
