USD reduces profits, S&P 500 advances: Yields fall

  • The dollar began to lag again as the SPX advanced and the yield curve fell after the auction of 30-year-old treasury bonds.
  • The Bloomberg dollar index was 0.1% up from 0.3% earlier in the session
  • USD / CAD fell 0.2% to the bottom for the day 1.2688; support is around 1.2660.
  • EUR / USD fell 0.3% to 1.217 from the bottom during the session around 1.2140; the futures market shows solid support for the euro, despite the split of the Italian government
