Technical analysis: A clear pronounced upward trend which began on 03.01.19. After the pair topped at 2.2695, she shifted her course and began to fall. On 05.02.19 the pair managed to make a bottom at price of 2.2194, then on 15.02.19 the price broke it, and the trendline starting from 03.01.19. After the price formed a “price action” formation, it re-entered the upward trend and managed to break the short-term resistance at Fibonacci 23.6% and reached the next resistance at 38.2%. With this, the pair began to form a “reversed head and shoulder”
What do the indicators show us?
RSI – Generated convergence, which is a signal that the downside trend has lost momentum.
DeM – Supports the convergence formed in RSI.
200 and 50 EMA play a supporting role.
Entry into a Deal: After completing the second leg of the formation, a test of long-term static support (the blue trend line) and a re-test of Fibonacci 23.6% we can enter the market with a “buy” position.
SL: 2.2210
Alternative Scenario: If the pair breaks the support formed at 23.6 % of Fibonacci and the long-term trend line, the pair can resume its downward movement.
