Gary Cohn of Goldman Sachs says that there is only one thing that separates successful people from other

Gary Cohn, president and chief operating officer of Goldman Sachs, has one piece of advice to any young person entered rabotosbosobna age.

“The first thing they will say is that it will not be easy. It will be hard work”

Knight continued: “The only thing you will realize if you’re going to be successful – no matter where you grew up, no matter what your level of education,

A. You can succeed, but B. The only way to reach success is to work more than everyone else. ”

He explained that his work had the opportunity to interact with men and women who are innovators investors. Knight says that these people have great ideas only for a company or service, but they also are “ready to face any challenge unlike everyone else around them.”

This is the advice that he gives his own children.

Although he does not say it, but Knight knows what it means to face any challenge and overcome it.

Knight, 54, recently celebrated its 25th anniversary at the investment bank.

He grew up in Cleveland, as a child, Knight was diagnosed with dyslexia, the inability to read. He struggled with difficulties at school. In sixth grade, he already changed four different schools. Teachers him off and one even told his parents that he would be “lucky” if it is at least learn to be a truck driver.

He did not let these challenges stop him. He was graduated from American University.

His first job in college was selling windows and aluminum siding. During your day off, he made a bold move, visits a broker who works in the business with options for top company. While visiting the stock exchange, Knight asked a broker if you can share a taxi to the airport. In the taxi, he was able to arrange a job interview and later to begin.

Goldman eventually hired him. The rest of course is history.
