Jeffrey Gundlach, or “The King of Bonds” and co-founder of Double Line Capital, says the SP500 will end the year with a negative yield, and Bitcoin believes that its long-term value is a big question mark.
“All recession indicators are flashing, but there is no recession, which means that stocks are highly valued.” Historically, this does not lead to a recession, but a negative yield is quite likely. For this reason, I believe that after the strong start of the year, the SP500 will fall below the opening price in January.
“As far as cryptocellulite is concerned, people think they are safe, but I feel that this is not the case, and in 2018 we will observe balancing the market that many people will be disappointed with.”
