With an estimated current net worth of around $5.5 billion, he is ranked by Forbes as the 55th-richest person in America.
He was named by the Financial Times in 2006 as the “smartest” billionaire.
Jim Simons portfolio includes more than 2000 different stocks and is strong diversified. Biggest part of it are the following stocks: Colgate Palmolive Co (CL); Novo Nordisk A S (NVO); Pepsico Inc (PEP); Verisign Inc (VRSN) и Barrick Gold Corp (ABX).
For the last quarter Simons increased stake in Pepsico Inc. with 109% and decreased stake in Verisign Inc with 15%.
