10. Tottenham Hotspur – $ 387 million. The London team has gained a lot of momentum over the last few years, becoming a serious contender for the England title with its solid performance and good team play. The English national, Harry Kane, is a real discovery of spurs, each year in the top three of the league’s top scorers.
9. Juventus – $ 442 million. Juventus made its second appearance in the Champions League final for the past three years last season. They also won Serie A for the sixth consecutive time – a national record. Although the team has the highest rank in Italy, they may suffer, as television rights there are much cheaper than in England.
8. Liverpool FC – $ 462 million. Liverpool made a record of revenue in the history of the club. TV profits rose for new deals, and analysts say the future looks even brighter for Jurgen Klopp’s team. Successful pitching, coupled with brand growth, could push Liverpool to a much higher position next year.
7. Chelsea FC – $ 466 million. The Chelsea ship remained stable after the team won the Premier League 2016-2017. The new deal with Carabao sponsors boosted trade profits by 139.8 million pounds a year.
6. Arsenal FC – $ 531 million
Arsenal’s total revenue was a club record. On the pitch, the club won its third FA Cup in four seasons, but failure to qualify for the Champions League season this season could negatively affect.
5. Manchester City – $ 575 million
Still developing soccer and economic super-power, Manchester City is distinguished for a second consecutive season thanks to the growth of broadcasting and trade revenue. The Pep Guardiola team is on its way to the Premier League title this season, so City can be ranked even higher next season.
4. Bayern Munich – $ 640 million Bayern Munich generates “the highest trading income of every football club in the world”. Last season, revenue from commercial operations amounted to £ 295.1 million of the club’s total revenue. The German team won the Bundesliga for the fifth consecutive season but its failure to reach the semi-final of the Champions League has affected its overall revenue.
3. FC Barcelona – $ 706 million Barca scored a record turnover last season but still fell from third to second. It is important to note, however, that the transfer revenue is not included in the ranking, so the record 200 million pounds earned from Neymar’s PSG sale are not taken into account.
2. Real Madrid – $ 735 million Real Madrid may lag behind Spanish rival Barcelona in La Liga, but jumped to the club in the Money League, thanks to an increase of 33.32 million pounds in trade revenue to £ 259 million. On the pitch, the club could not have been more successful as it became the first team to retain the UEFA Champions League title in its modern format.
1. Manchester United – $ 737 million Manchester United headed the Money League for the second consecutive season – tenth time since the start of the statistics. 12 United United Transactions and improved TV rights contracts were key to boost revenue from £ 515.3 million to £ 581.2 million. However, a major factor in the future will be success in the Champions League
