The strategy is very simple to practice, but requires more frequent monitoring of the market, as traded on the 30 minute chart.
How to trade?
When Bollinger Bands forms a horizontal channel and this is confirmed by the ADX is necessary to place pending orders 15 pips above or below the channel formed by the Bollinger Bands. Thus in any direction to tip the price we will be able to position itself well in the market.
The strategy is quite risky because our rate of return risk will rarely exceed 1.5. In other words, if the stop us 10 pips, then our target is 15 pips.
SL the order is placed in the middle of the horizontal channel formed by the Bollinger Bands.
