Registration

After you finish with the standard application procedure for BSE trading with COBOS, Varchev Finance Ltd. register the client in Central Depositary AD (Depositary institution for save-keeping of Bulgarian Financial instruments) and pass on the client’s application to Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD.

Certificate installation

Within the framework of two working days, from filling of the registration form, you will receive on e-mail digital certificate, which you should install. Installation instructions you can find in the user manual for COBOS®. Certificate providing authorized and secure access in real time to the Trading System of the Exchange for submission of orders for execution of trades on “Bulgarian Stock Exchange” AD (BSE-Sofia).

COBOS General Rules

Trading

After the installation of the COBOS certificate, you are able to enter the system through different paths. Here is some of them http://www.bse-sofia.bg (link "COBOS", подменю "entrance into COBOS"), or http://www.varchev.com (Investment Brokerage, next "COBOS sign in"). When you enter the site, the browser asks for certificate, which you propose to use. When you confirm the certificate, the system allows you to enter. In suitable moment for you, but BEFORE first trading order, you have to pay in/transfer to one of our bank accounts the amount of money you intend to invest:
