Pantera Capital has invested aggressively in recent days in TON Coin, the cryptocurrency associated with the popular Telegram app.

The reason: The favorable regulatory climate in Dubai /where Telegram is actually based/ and Telegram’s intention to include advertising campaigns and additional Ads in its application to be paid only with Toncoin.
