Inheritance of the securities, issuance of depository receipt duplicate.
”Varchev Finance“ is an authorized registration agent – performs procedures for the establishment and transfer of ownership of the securities.
Depositary receipt duplicate
If you do not have a depositary receipt for the securities owned, through us, you may submit an order for duplicate issuance to the Central Depository AD. The document is required when selling the securities and certifies that you are registered as the owner.
Issuance of the document for the securities presence (portfolio)
Varchev Finance issues documents on all kinds of securities, which are held under a given name at the Central Depository AD. It organizes the process of issuing a portfolio in case of loss of the documents and in case of owner’s uncertainty in which issuer he holds shares.
Inheritance of the securities
The securities of the deceased can not be sold directly, regardless of the principal agreements between the inheritors - it is necessary to carry out inheritance procedure. The required documents are: current certificate of inheritors (not older than 6 months) and notarized contract for segregation (if there are two or more). The required forms and explanations can be obtained at our offices throughout the country.
