Varchev High Yield Fund forsees the realisation of high yield mainly from profits implemented from active trading with stocks, Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF), futures, dividends, bonds and others, while adhering to strict rules regarding risk management and risk/return ratio from moderate to high risk.
The raised funds in Varchev High Yield Fund, are invested in liquid international companies, leaders in their sectors and less in Bulgarian companies, in compliance with the rules in trading and risk management.
Varchev High Yield Fund invests mainly in stocks traded on Xetra, Frankfurt Exchange Market, New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, Paris Stock Exchange and BSE Sofia. The Mutual Fund has as a main priority the increase of the value of the investments made by the Fund share holders, by means of realizing a maximum income through a moderate-to-high risk.

According to the Mutual Fund Regulations, its assets will be invested in the following groups of securities, given the following maximum percentages: The stated asset allocation is at maximum levels by the types that the Fund may purchase. Asset management is dynamic and the value of the shares or the ETF in the portfolio is far below the mentioned:
Stocks of foreign companies (traded on regulated market)-up to 80% of the Fund's assets;
Sahres of investment companies or other Contractual Funds, including ETF is up to 30% of the Fund's assets;
Treasury bonds, issued or guaranteed by the Bulgarian State or Bulgarian National Bank of other countries, central banks or international organizations and bank deposits under the law - up to 50% of the Fund's assets;
Mortgage bonds and other debt treasury bonds issued by Bulgarian banks as well as qualified debt treasury bonds issued by foreign banks - up to 50% of the Fund's assets;
Corporate bonds of Bulgarian issuers, outside the treasury bonds under point 4, admitted for trading on a regulated market according to the requirements of the law - up to 50% of the Fund's assets;
Stocks of Bulgarian companies (traded on regulated market) - up to 90% of the Fund's assets;
Bank deposits - up to 50% of the Fund's assets;
Other eligable by the law treasury bonds and financial instruments - up to 30% of the Fund's assets.
