Sideways Movement in the Net Exposure of Non-Commercials

Conclusion:
The positioning of Commercials and Non-Commercials confirms the consolidation seen in the chart, and currently, no breakout signals are present in either direction. I will monitor for triggering of the symmetrical triangle, and in the case of a breakout and retest of the resistance around the $11,750 zone, I will look for opportunities to position with a long.

Currently, there is no suggestion for a long position.
